The below image is of an actual search for a missing hunter in the Rocky Mountains. Our groups were broken up within the search area and we searched in a number of different ways. Some of us were shuttled to mountain tops with a helicopter to glass possible areas for the hunter.

Being a member of this organization is very rewarding in a number of ways. We are all dedicated to SAR, train on an ongoing basis, to be effective searchers and promote our Association.
