Random damascus gentlemen knife with hammer textured bronze bolsters

The blade has been forged out of 1080 and L6 in a random pattern. Bronze bolsters have been hammer textured and are invisible fastened. To archives this finish the bolsters where highly polished and then hammered with a ball peen hammer, that had it's faces also polished. This allows for a very fine surface finish.
Desert ironwood burl scales make the handle. Both the ironwood scales, as well as the bolster have been invisible fastened to the tang in an interlocking fashion, so as not to take away from the beauty and flow of the materials.The spine of the knife has been file worked to add an elegant touch to this upscale using knife. A slim wet molded leather sheath overlaid with articulated python leather accompanies this knife.
