Santuko Paring Knife Handled in Maple Burl

A smaller and very practical Santuko chef's knife shows my experience working as a professional chef. My design is effective and feels great in the hand. The blade has a strong distal taper for balance and excellent edge geometry for perfect cutting.

The steel, CPM S35-VN is considered by many to be the great steel for chef's knives. It is extremely hard and takes on a nice razor edge and holds it.

A beautiful stabilized maple burl handle, also known as Birdseye maple, makes this line definitely at home in your modern kitchen.

If so required I will provide assistance to you to resolve any shipper disputes. This process can be at time lengthy, so your patience is appreciated.
