New Generation Chef Knife Cutting a Tomato - Look only one hand

A short video of an 8" New Generation chef knife cutting a tomato. Knife is fresh out of the shop and the only edit to the video done was shortening it. As you can see in the video the tomato was not glued or otherwise fastened to the cutting board. Enjoy!
