Custom Orders

All the knives on my “Available” page are for sale at the listed price. My website offers pricing in US, Canadian, and Euro currencies via a drop-down selector. Prices exclude shipping and taxes (if applicable), which are calculated at checkout. Each knife page has a contact form with the knife title for additional information. By purchasing, you confirm you are over the age of majority.

A 50% deposit is required on all confirmed orders, with the balance due upon completion. I may require a higher deposit for unusual materials, precious metals, gemstones, or unique designs. I reserve the option to refund the deposit if the order is canceled by the customer after the deposit is received.

Steps:

  1. Contact me and let me know your wishes.
  2. I will email you an estimated cost.
  3. You approve the quote by sending a deposit.
  4. Work begins, and I update you regularly.
  5. Final payment is made, and your knife is shipped.

Terms of Payment

I accept bank transfers (fees apply), e-transfers, checks, money orders, and cashier's checks in CAD, USD, and Euro. I also accept credit cards via PayPal, a secure online payment provider.

Note: I ship to confirmed PayPal shipping addresses only, and it must match the shipping address on your order. No exceptions!

Orders ship after payments have cleared. Final payments are due within 10 days of completion, or prior to personalization (e.g., engraving). Returned checks incur a $35.00 service charge.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

Taxes apply to Canadian customers. International orders may incur customs brokerage fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs policies vary. Please contact your local customs office for information. I’m not responsible for items seized by customs officials.

Warranty

Workmanship is guaranteed for as long as I am able to work. Misuse, abuse, or alterations will void this warranty. "Flicking" folders open constitutes misuse. Normal wear (sharpening, scratches, material aging) is not covered. Natural materials have no warranty due to their nature. I do my best to stabilize materials like ivory or woods, but stability is not guaranteed.

Each knife is hand-made and unique. Dimensions and finishes may vary. Damascus patterns will differ from side to side. Warranty applies to the original owner and can be transferred by contacting me.
