Custom Orders:
All knives listed on my “Available” page are for sale at the listed price. My website provides pricing in USD, CAD, and EUR via a drop-down selector at the top of each page. Prices exclude shipping and taxes (if applicable), which are calculated at checkout. Each knife page includes a contact form with the knife title for inquiries. By purchasing, you confirm that you are over the age of majority.
A 50% deposit is required for all confirmed orders, with the balance due upon completion. Higher deposits may be required for rare materials, precious metals, gemstones, or complex designs. I reserve the right to refund the deposit if the order is canceled by the customer after the deposit has been received.
Ordering Process:
- Contact me with your request.
- I will provide an estimated cost.
- You approve the quote by sending a deposit.
- Work begins, and I provide regular updates.
- Once completed, you send the final payment, and your knife is shipped.
Terms of Payment:
I accept bank transfers (wire, fees apply), e-transfers, checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks in CAD, USD, and EUR. Credit card payments are processed via PayPal, a secure online provider. Do not send card numbers via email. Orders will only be shipped to a CONFIRMED PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS that matches your order’s shipping address. No exceptions! Orders are shipped after payments clear. Final payments are due within 10 days of knife completion or before personalization (e.g., engraving). A $55.00 fee applies to returned checks.
Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes:
Taxes apply to Canadian customers. Orders shipped outside Canada may incur customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. I have no control over government-imposed fees. Customs policies vary by country—please check with your local customs office for details. I am not responsible for items seized by customs.
Warranty:
Each knife is guaranteed for workmanship as long as I am physically able to work. Modifications, misuse, or abuse void the warranty. "Flicking" folders open is considered misuse and will void the warranty. Normal wear and tear, including sharpening, scratches, or material degradation over time (e.g., exposure to water/dishwashers), is not covered. Natural materials, such as ivory and wood, are stabilized to the best of my ability but are not guaranteed for long-term stability. Climate and customer care influence their longevity. Each knife is handmade and may have slight variations. Damascus patterns may differ slightly from side to side, enhancing their uniqueness. Warranties apply to the original owner but are transferable upon notifying me to ensure proper care instructions are passed on.
